Your Autoship shipping address must be updated directly within the Autoship section of your back office.
📦 Steps to Update Your Autoship Shipping Address
- Log in to your back office
- Navigate to the Autoship section
- Select your active Autoship
- Locate the Shipping Address section
- Enter your updated shipping address
- Save your changes
⚠️ Important Information
- Updating your address in your account settings does not automatically update your Autoship shipping address
- Autoship addresses must be updated separately
- Updating your Autoship address does not automatically update your account shipping address
- Account addresses must be updated separately
- Changes must be made before your next scheduled processing date or it will be sent to the old address
⏱️ Timing Matters
- Once an Autoship order has processed, the shipping address cannot be changed for that order
- If your order already has tracking information, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for possible rerouting options
