How to Updating Email Subscription Settings

You can manage your email subscription preferences directly in your back office.

📧 How to Check or Update Your Email Subscription

  1. Log in to your backoffice
  2. On the left-hand menu, go to Settings
  3. Click on Communication
  4. Locate the email subscription option
  5. Use the toggle switch to turn emails On or Off

⚠️ Important Information

  • This is an all-or-nothing email system
  • When email subscriptions are turned on, you will receive:
    • Order confirmations
    • Account and purchase updates
    • Downline customer and ISR order confirmation
    • Promotions and company announcements
  • When email subscriptions are turned off, you will not receive any emails, including important account or order notifications.

❓ Not Receiving Emails?

  • Make sure your email subscription is turned on
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Confirm your email address is correct in your account settings
