You can manage your email subscription preferences directly in your back office.
📧 How to Check or Update Your Email Subscription
- Log in to your backoffice
- On the left-hand menu, go to Settings
- Click on Communication
- Locate the email subscription option
- Use the toggle switch to turn emails On or Off
⚠️ Important Information
- This is an all-or-nothing email system
- When email subscriptions are turned on, you will receive:
- Order confirmations
- Account and purchase updates
- Downline customer and ISR order confirmation
- Promotions and company announcements
- When email subscriptions are turned off, you will not receive any emails, including important account or order notifications.
❓ Not Receiving Emails?
- Make sure your email subscription is turned on
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Confirm your email address is correct in your account settings
