How to Change Your Autoship Frequency

You can update how often your Autoship order is processed directly in your back office.

🔁 Steps to Change Your Autoship Frequency

1. Log in to your back office
2. Go to the “Manage Autoship” section on the left-hand side
3. Find your active Autoship you would like to change and Click “edit”
4. Update the Frequency by clicking the drop down menu next to “frequency”
5. Save your changes

📅 Alternative Option

• If you are unable to change the frequency, you can adjust your next processing date to better fit your schedule

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind

• Changes must be made before your next scheduled processing date
• Once an Autoship order has processed, it cannot be changed
• Frequency options may vary depending on the system
