You can update your payment method directly in your back office.
π³ Steps to Update Your Payment Method
- Log in to your back office
- Navigate to the left-hand menu
- Locate the Settings tab
- Click on βBillingβ
- Add or update your payment method at the bottom of this page
- Save your changes
π Autoship Payment Methods
- Updating your payment method in Billing does not automatically update your Autoship
- Autoship payment methods must be updated separately in the Autoship section
β οΈ Removing an Existing Card
If your current card is attached to an Autoship:
- You may not be able to delete the card right away
- You will need to:
- Add a new payment method
- Update your Autoship with the new card
- Delete the old card
β οΈ Things to Keep in Mind
- Make sure your payment details are entered correctly
- Changes in Billing do not affect previously placed orders
- Autoships must be updated individually
