How to Update Your Payment Method (ISR)

You can update your payment method directly in your back office.

πŸ’³ Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to your back office
  2. Navigate to the left-hand menu
  3. Locate the Settings tab
  4. Click on β€œBilling”
  5. Add or update your payment method at the bottom of this page
  6. Save your changes

πŸ” Autoship Payment Methods

  • Updating your payment method in Billing does not automatically update your Autoship
  • Autoship payment methods must be updated separately in the Autoship section

⚠️ Removing an Existing Card

If your current card is attached to an Autoship:

  • You may not be able to delete the card right away
  • You will need to:
    1. Add a new payment method
    2. Update your Autoship with the new card
    3. Delete the old card

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind

  • Make sure your payment details are entered correctly
  • Changes in Billing do not affect previously placed orders
  • Autoships must be updated individually
