How to Update Your Address

Updating your address in the back office ensures your personal account information is accurate.

Please note: Updating your address here does not update your Autoship address.

🏠 Steps to Update Your Address

  1. Log in to your backoffice.
  2. Navigate to your Account Settings or Profile on the top right hand side.
  3. Locate the address section and click the small pencil icon.
  4. Enter your new address.
  5. Click Save in the top right of the box when finished.

Please note this Does NOT update your autoship address.

🔁 Updating Your Autoship Address

If you need to update the address for an upcoming Autoship order, this must be done separately:

  1. Go to the Autoship section in your back office on the left hand side in the back office.
  2. Find your active Autoship and click “Edit
  3. Update the shipping address
  4. Click “Update” to save the charnges.

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind

  • Make sure all address fields are entered correctly (including apartment or unit numbers)
  • Updating your address will not change the shipping address on any already placed orders
  • Autoship orders must be updated individually
