Updating your address in the back office ensures your personal account information is accurate.
Please note: Updating your address here does not update your Autoship address.
🏠 Steps to Update Your Address
- Log in to your backoffice.
- Navigate to your Account Settings or Profile on the top right hand side.
- Locate the address section and click the small pencil icon.
- Enter your new address.
- Click Save in the top right of the box when finished.
Please note this Does NOT update your autoship address.
🔁 Updating Your Autoship Address
If you need to update the address for an upcoming Autoship order, this must be done separately:
- Go to the Autoship section in your back office on the left hand side in the back office.
- Find your active Autoship and click “Edit”
- Update the shipping address
- Click “Update” to save the charnges.
⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind
- Make sure all address fields are entered correctly (including apartment or unit numbers)
- Updating your address will not change the shipping address on any already placed orders
- Autoship orders must be updated individually
