Update Your Email Address

Keeping your email address up to date ensures you receive important account updates, order confirmations, and communication from our team.

🔄 Steps to Update Your Email Address

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings or Profile on the top right hand side.
3. Locate the email address section and click the small pencil icon.
4. Enter your new email address.
5. Click Save in the top right of the box when finished.

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind

• Your email address must be unique and not already in use.
• Updating your email will NOT change your login credentials for your E-Wallet and AICE account as well.
• Be sure to use an email you have access to.

❓ Can’t Update Your Email?

• Make sure you are logged into the correct account
• Double-check that the new email is entered correctly
• Try using a different browser or device
