Autoship settings can be managed through your back office in the manage autoship section. Please read through the options below.
π Skipping or Pausing Autoship
- At this time, skipping or pausing Autoship orders is not available
- To delay your next order, you can update the scheduled date
π How to Change Your Autoship Date
- Log in to your backoffice
- Go to the βManage Autoshipβ section on the left-hand side
- Find your active Autoship you would like to change and Click βeditβ
- Update the next scheduled processing date by clicking βeditβ next to βDate Pickerβ
- Save your changes
β How to Cancel Autoship
- Log in to your back office
- Go to the βManage Autoshipβ section on the left-hand side
- Find your active Autoship you would like to cancel and Click βeditβ
- Then click βdeleteβ
- Save your changes
β οΈ Things to Keep in Mind
- Changes must be made before your next scheduled processing date
- Once an Autoship order has processed, it cannot be stopped
- Updating your account information does not update Autoship details
