How to Update Your Autoship Payment Method

Your Autoship payment method must be updated directly within the Autoship section of your back office.

πŸ’³ Steps to Update Autoship Payment Method

  1. Log in to your back office
  2. Navigate to the Autoship section
  3. Select your active Autoship
  4. Locate the Payment Method section
  5. Select or add your desired payment method
  6. Save your changes

πŸ” Adding a New Payment Method

  • If your new card is not listed, add it in the Billing section first
  • Then return to Autoship and select the new payment method

⚠️ Important Information

  • Updating your payment method in Billing does not automatically update your Autoship
  • Autoship payment methods must be updated separately
  • If your current card is attached to Autoship, you may need to:
    1. Add a new card
    2. Update Autoship to the new card
    3. Remove the old card

⏱️ Timing Matters

  • Updates must be made before your next scheduled processing date
  • Once an Autoship order has processed, changes cannot be applied to that order
