How to Place an Order as a Customer

Customers can place an order directly through the MarketPlace Global website. If you already have an account, we recommend logging in before shopping. If you do not have an account, one can be created during the checkout process.

πŸ›οΈ Steps to Place an Order

  1. Go to the MarketPlace Global website
  2. If you already have an account, click My Account and log in
  3. Click Customer Shopping at the top of the page
  4. Select one of the product categories from the drop-down menu
  5. Browse and select the products you would like to purchase
  6. Choose one of the following options:
    • Add to Cart for a one-time purchase
    • Subscribe & Save to receive the product on a recurring schedule and receive the available discount
  7. Click Add to Cart
  8. Continue shopping or click Continue to Cart
  9. Review the items in your cart
  10. If everything looks correct, click Proceed to Checkout
  11. Enter your shipping information
  12. Add a new payment method or select a card already on file if available
  13. Follow the prompts to complete your order
  14. Click Process order 

πŸ“§ Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • When your order ships, you will receive a separate email containing tracking information

πŸ” Subscribe & Save Orders

When selecting Subscribe & Save:

  • Your product will be placed on a recurring shipment schedule
  • You will receive the applicable subscription discount
  • Future orders will process automatically until updated or canceled in your account

  • Be sure to review your cart before submitting your order
  • Verify your shipping address and payment information are correct
  • Shipping charges may apply depending on the products selected
  • Subscription orders will continue until modified or canceled in your account
