Refund process & timelines

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued according to the timeline below.

• Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
• Once the refund is issues, Please allow 2 to 3 business days for it to process with your bank

📦 Before a Refund Is Issued

• The returned product must be received at our facility
• Items must meet return requirements (unopened and in resalable condition, when applicable)
• Returns without proper authorization (RMA number and order number) may be delayed or not processed at all

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
