If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below to begin the process.
π Steps to Start a Return on Your Own
- Log in to your back office
- Navigate to the Orders tab
- Click Place an Order
- In the upper right corner, click on your name
- Select My Orders
- Locate the order you would like to return
- Click Return Item and follow the prompts
π Steps to Start a Return With Customer Service
- Email Customer Support at support@marketplaceglobal.com
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
π¦ Prepare Your Return
- Ensure the product is unopened and in resalable condition
- Clearly write your RMA number and order number on the outside or inside of the package
π Ship Your Return

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a carrier with tracking and/or insurance
π° After Your Return Is Received
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Once the refund is issues, Please allow 2 to 3 business day for it to process with your bank
β οΈ Important Notes
- We do not provide return address labels
- Returns must be submitted within the allowed return window
- 90 days (Retail & Preferred Customers)
- 30 days (ISR)
- If product is opened and not in, it may not be refunded if returned
