Order Confirmation & Tracking for ISRs

You can view your order details and tracking information directly in your back office.

📦 How to Find Your Order Confirmation

1. Log in to your backoffice
2. Navigate to the left-hand menu
3. Go to tab Orders
4. Click Order History & Tracking
5. Locate your order to view details

🚚 How to Find Your Tracking Number

• Your tracking number will appear in the Tracking Number section within your order details
• Unfortunatly you are unable to click the tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.

📧 Shipping Confirmation Email

• You will receive an email once your order has shipped
• This email will include your tracking number and shipment details

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind

• Tracking information may take time to update after shipment
• Shipping carriers may vary
• If your order has not shipped yet, a tracking number will not be available

❓ Not Seeing Your Tracking Information?

• Confirm that your order has shipped
• Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for shipping confirmation
• Allow time for tracking updates to appear

• Your full name
• Email associated with your account
• Order number (if available)
