How to Log In (Customer Account)

Customers can access their account directly from the MarketPlace Global website.

🔐 Steps to Log In

1. Go to the MarketPlace Global website
2. Click My Account in the upper-right corner of the page
3. Click Sign In
4. Enter your email address and password
5. Click Login

❓ Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password:

1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password

If you're unable to access your account:

• Double-check that your email address is entered correctly
• Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your email or password
