How to Upgrade from a Customer to an ISR

Customers can upgrade their account to an Independent Sales Representative (ISR) directly through the back office.

  1. Go to www.marketplaceglobal.com
  2. Click Back Office Login
  3. Log in using your current email address and password
  4. On the left-hand menu, click Orders
  5. Select Customer Upgrade to ISR
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your upgrade

  • Use the same login credentials associated with your current customer account
  • Make sure all account information is up to date before submitting your upgrade
