At the start of each month, the ranking display resets. Your achievements from the previous month will reappear after the monthly update, which takes place on the second Saturday of the month. This two-week delay is part of the standard processing schedule. If your rank hasn’t updated by the afternoon of the second Saturday, please contact us for assistance.
