Memberships can be canceled by removing the membership Autoship in your backoffice.
π How to Cancel Your Membership Autoship
- Log in to your back office
- Navigate to the Manage Autoship section
- Locate your membership or yearly membership Autoship
- Click the Edit button in the bottom right corner
- Click the Delete button in the bottom right corner
- Confirm the deletion of the yearly membership Autoship
β οΈ Important Information
- Canceling the Autoship does not automatically close your account
- Removing your membership from Autoship only stops it from processing in the future. Reach out to support, and they can fully deactivate and close your account
- Changes must be completed before the next scheduled processing date to avoid additional charges

- Please contact support to request full account closure or membership cancellation
