How to Cancel Your ISR Membership

Memberships can be canceled by removing the membership Autoship in your backoffice.

🔁 How to Cancel Your Membership Autoship

1. Log in to your back office
2. Navigate to the Manage Autoship section
3. Locate your membership or yearly membership Autoship
4. Click the Edit button in the bottom right corner
5. Click the Delete button in the bottom right corner
6. Confirm the deletion of the yearly membership Autoship

⚠️ Important Information

• Canceling the Autoship does not automatically close your account
• Removing your membership from Autoship only stops it from processing in the future. Reach out to support, and they can fully deactivate and close your account
• Changes must be completed before the next scheduled processing date to avoid additional charges

• Please contact support to request full account closure or membership cancellation
