I sponsored a new ISR, why haven't I gotten paid?

Commissions are not automatically paid when you personally sponsor a new Independent Sales Representative (ISR).

💰 How Commissions Are Triggered

• Payments are triggered when orders are placed
• Simply sponsoring or enrolling a new ISR does not generate an automatic commission payment

📦 Reorders & Team Commissions

• When your personally sponsored ISR places a reorder, the Commission Volume (CV) is placed into your left or right binary leg
• Team Commissions are triggered when there is:
  • 100 CV on the left side
  • 100 CV on the right side

📊 Pay History & Binary Placement

• If your personally sponsored ISR is placed on your strong leg, they may not appear in your Pay History check details
• Pay History details typically only show the weak side ISR that triggered the commission cycle
