How to Access Your E-Wallet

You can access your E-Wallet directly through your MarketPlace Global back office.

πŸ’° Steps to Access Your E-Wallet

  1. Log in to your back office
  2. From the main dashboard, scroll down to the Commissions section
  3. Locate the MPG E-Wallet area
  4. Click Go to Details
  5. A verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your MPG account
  6. Retrieve the code from your email
  7. Enter the verification code where you are prompted
  8. Once verified, you will be logged into your E-Wallet account

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind

  • The verification code is sent to the email address on file with your MPG account
  • If you do not receive the code, check your spam or junk folder
  • For security purposes, a verification code will be required each time you access your E-Wallet
  • The E-Wallet is managed by a third-party provider not MarketPlace Global Support
