You can access your E-Wallet directly through your MarketPlace Global back office.
π° Steps to Access Your E-Wallet
- Log in to your back office
- From the main dashboard, scroll down to the Commissions section
- Locate the MPG E-Wallet area
- Click Go to Details
- A verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your MPG account
- Retrieve the code from your email
- Enter the verification code where you are prompted
- Once verified, you will be logged into your E-Wallet account
β οΈ Things to Keep in Mind
- The verification code is sent to the email address on file with your MPG account
- If you do not receive the code, check your spam or junk folder
- For security purposes, a verification code will be required each time you access your E-Wallet
- The E-Wallet is managed by a third-party provider not MarketPlace Global Support
