How to Update Your Address (Customer Account)

Customers can update their billing and shipping addresses through the My Account section of the website.

πŸ“ Steps to Update Your Address

  1. Go to the MarketPlace Global website
  2. Click My Account in the upper-right corner
  3. Log in to your account if prompted
  4. Navigate to the Addresses section
  5. Locate the address you would like to update (Billing Address or Shipping Address)
  6. Click Edit
  7. Enter your updated address information
  8. Click Update Address to save your changes

⚠️ Important Information

  • Updating your address in My Account does not automatically update your Autoship address
  • If you have an active Autoship, the shipping address must be updated separately in the Autoship section
  • Changes should be made before placing a new order to ensure shipments are sent to the correct address

πŸ“¦ If Your Order Has Already Been Processed

If you recently placed an order and need to update the shipping address:

  • Contact Customer Support immediately
  • Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to update the shipping address
  • If the order has already shipped and a tracking number has been assigned, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request a package redirect
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters the shipping process

  • Try using a different browser or device
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies if changes are not saving
