Customers can update their billing and shipping addresses through the My Account section of the website.
π Steps to Update Your Address
- Go to the MarketPlace Global website
- Click My Account in the upper-right corner
- Log in to your account if prompted
- Navigate to the Addresses section
- Locate the address you would like to update (Billing Address or Shipping Address)
- Click Edit
- Enter your updated address information
- Click Update Address to save your changes
β οΈ Important Information
- Updating your address in My Account does not automatically update your Autoship address
- If you have an active Autoship, the shipping address must be updated separately in the Autoship section
- Changes should be made before placing a new order to ensure shipments are sent to the correct address
π¦ If Your Order Has Already Been Processed
If you recently placed an order and need to update the shipping address:
- Contact Customer Support immediately
- Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to update the shipping address
- If the order has already shipped and a tracking number has been assigned, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request a package redirect
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters the shipping process
