Please check the following first:
- Review your recent order history in your back office
- Check for active Autoship orders
- Verify whether a family member or authorized user may have placed the order
- Look for charges under MarketPlace Global or related billing descriptors on your statement
📦 Common Reasons for Unexpected Charges
- An Autoship order processed on its scheduled date
- Multiple orders placed separately
- Shipping, taxes, or additional items added to an order
- Another account has your card on it
📄 Information to Include
To help us investigate the charge, please provide:
- Your full name
- Email associated with your account
- The total charge amount
- Date of the charge
- Last 4 digits of the card charged
- Photo or screenshot of the charge
Please do not send full card numbers for security purposes.
⚠️ Important Information
- Pending charges may appear temporarily before final processing
- Banks may display charges differently depending on the payment processor
- Chargebacks filed through your bank may delay resolution options through support
