How Do I Download The Place App?

The Place app is available for both Apple and Android devices along with online via desktop.

📱 For Apple (iPhone & iPad) and Android Devices

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Search for The Place.
3. Tap Get to download and install the app.
4. Once installed, open the app and log in using your MarketPlace Global back office credentials.

🔑 Logging In

Use the same username/email and password that you use to access your MarketPlace Global back office.

You do not need to create a separate The Place account.

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection during installation.
• Keep the app updated to access the latest features and improvements.
• If you're unable to log in, try using the Forgot Password option before contacting support.
